How this works

The concept is simple: you can run a garage sale without paying a fee, and benefit from the advertising placed by many people running sales on the same day, all around Chagrin Falls.

This event is for garage sales on your own property only. No booths, no tables at the curb for someone else's inventory, no professional or commercial sales.
Signing up is entirely optional. Plenty of neighbors hold a sale without listing it — this is just for extra publicity, on the map and on the printed version.
Kids running a lemonade stand that day? They can be listed too — see below.

The Printed Map

Alongside this site, a printed map is put together from the same sign-up list. It's assembled the Thursday before the sale and dropped off Friday morning at:

Township Hall and Village Hall
Little Free Libraries around the village

A Goodwill donation truck, right here that week

We're working on bringing a Goodwill donation truck to the village during yard sale week — so whatever doesn't sell doesn't have to go back in the garage. Load it up and drop it off instead of hauling it back inside.
